Booking & Payments

No, sorry, deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable; balances will be refunded if the cancellation is made 6 weeks prior to the holiday. We always recommend guests take out their own private holiday insurance.
All balances are due 6 weeks before holiday start date.
Yes, no problem, you can make payments at any time, and a budget to suit yourself, I do ask that when making payments direct into our bank account that you use your name as a reference.
No, passes are purchased directly from Flamingoland at the booking office on the day of your arrival.
No, during the summer months we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings, we do however, accept 2,3 and 4 night breaks at all other times during the season.

No, these are different to the Unlimited Access Passes that holiday village guests are issued with whilst staying in private caravans, these can only be purchased from Flamingoland booking office on the day you arrive for your holiday.
The caravan will be ready for you from 3pm, you will need to vacate the caravan by 10am on morning of departure.
You can arrive at Flamingoland when the park opens, however, you will not have access to the caravan until 3pm, if the caravan is ready for you earlier than 3pm we will text you.
We have a key safe attached to the caravan.
We will always try to help where we can, if we have the availability we will try to accommodate.
Yes, bed linen is included.
Yes, wheelchairs are available on loan, free of charge from the first aid centre. A non-monetary deposit is required such as a valid passport, driving licence, disability book etc before a wheelchair can be issued. As wheelchairs are limited, it is recommended to pre-book the use of a wheelchair in advance of your visit by phoning our first aid centre on 01653 668 140.
No, our insurance only covers guests named on the booking form.

Caravan Questions

Our caravans sleeps 6 guests, we will however, take a 7th guest as long as they are aged 2 or under.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and 2 twin rooms.
Yes, our caravan is fully double glazed, we have an electric fire in the lounge area, plinth heaters in all bedrooms and a heated towel rail the bathroom.
Yes, car parking is available next to the caravan.
Stricly no pets allowed.
We are in Willow Grove which is one of the best locations for easy access to all facilities.
